These Terms of Service govern access to and use of products and services provided by Anticus Technologies Ltd ("Anticus", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16335614). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Anticus provides intelligence infrastructure for the global mobility industry, including but not limited to corridor intelligence, vendor performance analytics, and decision-support tools. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change as the platform develops.
Users must provide accurate information when registering, maintain the security of their account credentials, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Anticus, you warrant that any data you provide has been lawfully obtained and that you have the right to share it with us for the purposes of the service.
Both parties agree to keep non-public product details, business information, and any proprietary data exchanged during the course of the service confidential.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anticus Technologies Ltd's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
